Testing and quality
Synaptril Quality: Lab Tests, GMP and What the Badges Really Mean
Synaptril quality cannot be confirmed from public documents yet. No lab report or certificate of analysis has been published, and the label names no factory, no GMP certifier and no FDA-registered facility. The brand shows ten badges, but none names a lab or an audit. Registration with the FDA is a listing, not approval.

What we know01
What do we know about Synaptril quality?
We know what the Synaptril label prints, and little beyond it. The bottle lists every ingredient, a 575 mg blend and a safety seal, but no quality document backs the brand's badges.
Quality has two parts. One is identity and purity: is the capsule what the label says, and nothing else? The other is process: was it made in a clean, audited plant? Neither part has public proof yet.
| Item | Status | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Lab report or certificate of analysis | Not published | No document has been shared with us |
| Lot S-26/MY-6594, CoA S-6594-26-MY | Seller references | Given by the seller; not lab results |
| GMP | Badge only | Brand image set; not on the label |
| FDA-registered facility | Badge only | Brand image set; not on the label |
| Manufacturer and country | Not printed | The label names only the distributor |
| Safety seal | On every bottle | Label: do not use if damaged or missing |
Lab reports02
Has Synaptril published a lab report?
No, Synaptril has not published a lab report. We have no certificate of analysis to show, and we will not describe test results we have not seen.
The seller gave us two codes: lot S-26/MY-6594 and CoA S-6594-26-MY. They are references the seller uses. They are not a lab result, and they do not tell you what any capsule contains. Read how to check a Synaptril batch for what you can match.
A useful certificate would list the lot it covers, the lab's name, the test dates and the methods. It would show measured amounts for each ingredient and limits for heavy metals and microbes.
- Matches the lot on your bottle
- Names the lab and how to reach it
- Gives measured amounts, not just "pass"
- Covers lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and microbes
GMP03
What does GMP mean for Synaptril?
GMP means good manufacturing practice: rules for clean plants, trained staff, ingredient checks and batch records. US law requires every supplement maker to follow these practices, whether or not a badge says so.
A "GMP certified" badge usually means a private group audited a plant. The Synaptril badge names no plant, no auditor and no audit date, and the label does not mention GMP at all.
So the badge tells you what the brand claims, not what an inspector found. Ask the order desk which plant made your lot and which group certified it.
What GMP does and does not cover
GMP covers how a product is made and recorded. It does not show that a formula works, and it does not set the amount of any ingredient.

FDA registration04
Does FDA registration mean Synaptril is approved?
No. FDA registration means a facility is on the FDA's list; it is not a review of the product. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
NIH adds that the FDA does not check whether a supplement works before it goes on the market (NIH ODS, Supplements: What You Need to Know). Firms can often start selling without telling the FDA first (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
The Synaptril label does not mention an FDA-registered facility. The brand's "Registered FDA facility" badge names no facility, so we cannot look it up.
The badges05
What do the ten Synaptril badges prove?
The ten Synaptril badges prove only what the brand says about itself. Each comes from the brand's own image set, and the label prints none of them.
Some match the label. The vegetarian badge fits the hypromellose capsule, and the dairy-free badge fits the listed ingredients. Others, such as GMP or "made in the USA", have nothing on the bottle to back them.

A brand badge. The label names no factory, certifier or audit date.

A brand badge. The label does not mention an FDA-registered facility, and registration is not approval.

The brand's own badge. The label prints no country of manufacture; it names a distributor in Aurora, Colorado.

A brand badge. Nothing on the label shows an outside certification.

A brand badge. The label also lists processed helpers such as magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

A brand badge. No formulator is named or credentialed.

A brand badge. No gluten test or certifier is named.

A brand badge. No dairy appears in the listed ingredients.

A brand badge. The capsule shell is hypromellose (vegetable); the source of the stearates is not stated.

Each badge comes from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit, and the label itself prints none of them. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Has Synaptril had third-party testing?
We found no published third-party test of Synaptril. No outside lab report, testing seal or certifier appears on the label or the sales page (Synaptril sales page).
Even real seals have limits. Seals from groups such as USP, NSF or ConsumerLab check quality, but they do not prove a product is safe or works (NIH ODS, Supplements: What You Need to Know). Words like "standardized" or "certified" do not guarantee quality either (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely).
The NIH label database lists what labels print. It is a catalog, not a test of what is inside the bottle (NIH ODS, Supplement Label Database).
Identity test
Shows each blend line is what the label says.
Potency test
Would reveal the hidden amounts behind the 575 mg blend.
Contaminant test
Checks heavy metals, microbes and residues.
At home07
How can you check Synaptril purity yourself?
You cannot test Synaptril purity at home, but you can check the bottle before the first capsule. A sound seal, the right label and good storage are the parts you control.
Look for an intact safety seal and 30 capsules. Check that the label matches the Synaptril supplement facts, with 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg blend. Store the bottle below 30°C (86°F), cool and dry.
Capsules that are cracked, damp, sticky or smell odd should not be used. Call the order desk at +1 (323) 348-1373 with your order ID for a replacement or return instructions.
What would help08
What would make Synaptril quality claims stronger?
Synaptril quality claims would be stronger with three things: a named maker, a lot-specific lab report and a seal from an outside tester. Any one of them would let buyers check a claim instead of trusting a badge.
If the brand shares a certificate, we will check that its lot and dates match a real bottle before we post it. We will also note what it tests and what it leaves out. Our editorial standards explain how we handle new documents, and our scam checks cover the seller.
FAQ09
Synaptril testing questions
Is Synaptril third-party tested?
Not as far as any public document shows. No outside lab report, testing seal or certifier appears on the label or the sales page. The seller's lot and CoA codes are references, not test results, so we cannot call the capsules third-party tested.
Is Synaptril made in a GMP facility?
The brand shows a GMP badge, but the label does not mention GMP and names no factory. US law requires supplement makers to follow good manufacturing practice, yet without a named plant or auditor, buyers cannot check the claim themselves.
Are Synaptril capsules tested for heavy metals?
No heavy-metal results have been published. A full certificate of analysis would list lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against set limits. Ask the order desk for one that matches your lot, and check that it names the lab.
Why does the Synaptril label not show the badges?
We do not know why. The badges come from the brand's image set for websites, while the printed label stays plain. What counts for you is the label, so we treat each badge as a claim until a document supports it.
Can I ask for the Synaptril certificate of analysis?
Yes. Call or email the order desk with your order ID and the code on your bottle, and ask for the certificate for that lot. If one arrives, check that the lot, lab name and test dates all match.
Does the vegetarian badge on Synaptril hold up?
Partly. The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, and no animal ingredient is listed. The label does not say where the magnesium stearate and stearic acid come from, so strict vegans may want to ask the order desk.
