How we work
Synaptril Editorial Standards: How We Review Every Page
Synaptril editorial standards are the rules the Synaptril label desk follows: the printed label comes first, health facts come from NIH, FDA, CDC, FTC and peer-reviewed sources, and every estimate is marked as one. We show no unverified reviews, name no reviewer until a review is on file, fix errors openly and say plainly that we earn money from order links.

In short01
What are the Synaptril editorial standards?
The Synaptril editorial standards are a short set of rules for what we print and how we check it. They apply to every page, every FAQ and every caption on mysynaptril.com.
The pages are written by the Synaptril label desk at Mysynaptril. We read the bottle line by line, show our math and link the research behind each health statement. When the evidence is thin, we say so.
- The printed label wins over the sales page and any seller notes
- Health facts come from named public and peer-reviewed sources
- Estimates are labeled "about", "likely" or "at most"
- No rating, review or reviewer name appears until it is verified
- Our money comes from order links, and we say so on every page
Sources02
Which sources do the Synaptril pages use?
The Synaptril pages use the product label first, then the sales page, then public health and research sources. Each health statement links to its source, so you can read it yourself.
For research, we lean on NIH fact sheets, the FDA, the CDC, the FTC, MedlinePlus, Cochrane reviews and peer-reviewed trials. We prefer reviews of many studies over a single small one, and human trials over lab or animal work.
We do not use paid press releases, sponsored "review" articles or other sellers' pages as evidence. Those are advertising, even when they look like news.
| Source | Used for | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Printed label | Ingredients, dose, cautions, distributor | Highest; it wins any conflict |
| Sales page | Prices, packs, guarantee | High for terms; none for health claims |
| NIH, FDA, CDC, FTC | Safety, doses, rules | High |
| Peer-reviewed trials | What an ingredient did in people | Depends on size and design |
| Seller notes and sample copy | Leads to check | None until confirmed |

Claim checks03
How is a claim checked before it goes on a page?
A claim is checked by quoting it exactly, finding the best evidence for it and then saying how strong that evidence is. A label claim appears in quotation marks, never as our own words.
Take "Enhances Memory & Focus". We looked for a trial of the capsules and found none. Then we checked each ingredient at the dose and form the label likely holds, and we wrote down where the research used a different form or a much larger amount.
Numbers we work out ourselves, such as the share of the 575 mg blend that is likely magnesium glycinate, are shown step by step and marked as estimates. We never print an exact amount the label does not give.
Quote
Copy the claim word for word, in quotes.
Search
Look for a trial of the product, then of each ingredient.
Weigh
Note the study size, the form, the dose and who was studied.
Write
State the result in plain words, with the link.
Medical review04
Who checks the Synaptril pages for medical accuracy?
A medical reviewer will check the health pages, but no reviewer is named yet. The box at the bottom of each page holds a fill-in slot for the reviewer's name, credentials and review date.
We will not print a name, a title or a review date until a review is actually on file. We also never call a page "doctor reviewed" while the slot is empty.
When a reviewer signs off, they will check doses, interactions, warning signs and wording about memory and dementia. Read who runs Mysynaptril for more on the team.
Corrections05
How are errors on the Synaptril pages corrected?
Errors are corrected after a reader or the desk spots them and we confirm the right fact. Send the page link and the problem to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
We check the claim against the label or the source. If we were wrong, we fix the text, update the "last updated" date and, for a change that matters, add a short note saying what changed.
We do not quietly edit a safety fact. If a dose, warning or interaction was wrong, the note says so plainly. The website inbox cannot see orders, so order questions go to +1 (323) 348-1373.
Money and conflicts06
How does Mysynaptril make money, and how are conflicts handled?
Mysynaptril makes money when readers buy through the order links. We are an American Synaptril authorized shop, not the manufacturer or the distributor, and the order buttons lead to the Synaptril checkout.
That is a conflict of interest, so we limit it with rules. A sale never changes what we say about the evidence. The weak spots, such as the hidden amounts and the missing trial, stay on the page.
Same facts for all
Prices match the sales page. Struck "was" prices and "save" figures are left out.
No paid edits
Neither the brand nor the distributor can pay to change a page or remove a caution.
No rival bashing
We do not compare or criticize other brands. Each page sticks to Synaptril and the research.
Tools07
Is AI used to write the Synaptril pages?
Yes, AI writing tools help draft and check the Synaptril pages. Every fact in a draft is then held up against the label, the sales page or the linked source before it goes live.
AI is never used to write reviews, invent buyers or make up quotes. Under the FTC rule, AI-generated fake reviews are banned outright (FTC, final rule banning fake reviews), and our review checks require a matched order for every review.
Images follow the same rule. Ingredient tiles are site graphics made from the label wording, and badges are shown with notes on what they do not prove, as on testing and quality.
Hard limits08
What will the Synaptril label desk never publish?
The Synaptril label desk will never publish a disease claim, such as a line saying the capsules treat memory loss or dementia. A supplement may not make disease claims (21 CFR 101.93, structure/function claims), and no trial of the capsules supports one.
We also will not print star ratings, review counts or quotes from unverified sources, or a reviewer name that is not on file. Prices outside the sales page are left out, along with any figure we cannot check.
Health advice stays cautious. Memory changes that worry you deserve a doctor's visit, and you should keep taking prescribed medicine. Our Synaptril supplement facts page shows the label we work from.
FAQ09
Questions about how we write
Who is the Synaptril label desk?
It is the writing team at Mysynaptril, the American Synaptril authorized shop that runs the site. The desk reads the label line by line, checks each health statement against public sources and signs every page as a team rather than under a personal byline.
Does the Synaptril brand approve these pages?
No. The brand and the distributor do not approve or edit our wording, and they cannot pay to change a page. We use their label and sales page as sources, but the evidence summaries and cautions are our own.
How old are the sources behind the Synaptril pages?
Each source shows its year in the reference list, and the sales page was read on October 18, 2026. We prefer the newest review of the evidence and recheck the label and the prices whenever the seller reports a change.
Why are paid press releases not used as Synaptril sources?
Because anyone can buy a press release, and many carry order links that pay the writer. They are advertising, not independent checks. We rely on the label, public health agencies and peer-reviewed research instead.
Can I suggest a source for a Synaptril page?
Yes. Email the website inbox with the link and the page it applies to. We read the full study, check its size and design and add it if it changes or sharpens what the page says, good news or bad.
Do sales numbers affect which Synaptril pages get written?
They affect which questions we answer, since readers ask about price, refunds and safety. They never affect the answers. A page on the guarantee still lists the return postage cost and the rule that every bottle must come back.
