No. Mysynaptril.com does not sell Synaptril directly, hold stock or take payments. Our order buttons send you to the Synaptril checkout on BuyGoods, and the sale is made there, under the checkout's terms.
That means questions about price, shipping, delivery, the guarantee, refunds and chargebacks are settled between you and the seller through the order desk. Mysynaptril earns money when you buy through our links, but it is not a party to that sale.
The guarantee itself belongs to the seller.
