I walk mall laps in the morning. Crossword after dinner. Serving is with the morning mug so I don't stack it. I keep it on the workbench. Kept the box for the lot code.

Customer reviews
Synaptril reviews on this site are empty slots for now: none has been matched to a real order, so we show no star rating, no count and no quotes. A review goes up only after the order desk confirms the purchase and the buyer agrees. The photos in the cards are supplied by the vendor, and no trial has tested the capsule.

Where things stand01
Synaptril reviews on this site say nothing yet, because none has passed our check. We have not matched a single review to a real order, so the wall stays empty instead of being filled with sample copy.
The seller sent us sample review text, scores and names to use. We left all of it out. Sample copy is not a buyer's experience, and printing it as one would mislead you.
So we cannot tell you how buyers feel yet. For now, the label and the research are the honest guide: see what the evidence says about the label claims.
| Item | Shown on the site? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Star rating and average score | Not yet | An average needs verified reviews behind it. With none on file, any number would be made up. |
| Buyer's first name, state and pack | Only after a match | The order desk confirms the purchase; the buyer agrees in writing. |
| Health outcome claims | Shown with a note | One person's report is not evidence that the capsules work for anyone else. |
| Photo in the card | Yes, labeled | Each photo is supplied by the vendor and marked that way. |
The review wall02
The rating box shows no score because a score has to come from verified buyers, and we have none yet. Each bracketed field in the box is a fill-in spot. It stays blank until real, matched reviews exist.
The ten cards below work the same way. Each one has room for a name, a city, an age, a date, the pack bought, the day of use and the review text. Each stays marked as an open slot until its review is checked.

I volunteer at church on Sundays. Keys bowl. If the keys are in it, the serving already happened. I keep it on the piano. I take it when I sit in the bleachers.

I pack lunches for a crew. Checkout had prices and a 60-day line. No panel. I waited for the bottle. I keep it beside the stamp dish. I take it when I stack the hymnals.

I do yard work for neighbors. Sister and I split a 3. Same product. Different kitchens. I keep it on the fridge door. I take it after I start the mixer.

I commute on the train. Reordered the 6 so I don't gap mid-month. I keep it on the washer. I take it before I start the truck.

I run a food truck window. Foggy first week. Called +1 (323) 348-1373. They had the order ID. I keep it in the lunch tote. I take it when the news radio starts.

I sit at a sewing machine all day. Names on a Tuesday. I still ask. Less often. That's the use case, not a clinic. I keep it on the charging pad. I take it before I sit with grandkids.

I keep horses. Barn first, then the bottle. Train commute. Original bottle in the bag, not a baggie of loose caps. I keep it in the glove box. I take it after I set the crossword down.

I bowl league night. That's my reminder. Ship-from in Aurora on the checkout. Desk here is the phone on the pack. I keep it next to the leash. I take it before I sweep the shop.

I farm a little plot out back. Church bulletin. I still ask who brought the salad. Less often. I keep it by the router. I take it when I clip the leash.

The rules03
The FTC rule bans fake reviews and testimonials of every kind. It was announced on August 14, 2024, and it covers reviews written by AI, reviews from people who never used the product, and buying or selling reviews (FTC, final rule banning fake reviews).
It also bans paying for reviews only when they are positive, hiding insider reviews, and threatening people to get bad reviews taken down. A company site that poses as an independent review site is banned as well, and the FTC can seek civil penalties (FTC, final rule banning fake reviews).
FTC guidance adds that testimonials never replace scientific evidence for a health product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
We do not write reviews, hire people to write them or use AI to make them up.
No buyer gets a refund, a discount or a gift in return for a kind review.
We earn money from order links, and we say so on every page. Staff and partners never post reviews.
Our check04
A Synaptril review gets verified when the order desk confirms the buyer's order and the buyer agrees to have it shown. Both steps must happen. We cannot see orders ourselves, so the order desk does the match.
We never publish the order ID or the email. Low ratings go through the same check and appear the same way.
Send the review, the order ID and the checkout email to the website inbox, [email protected].
The Synaptril order desk confirms or denies that the order exists. Nothing else is shared.
We send back the card text: first name, state, pack and day of use. The buyer says yes or edits it.
The review prints in full and joins the rating bars.

See packsThe photos05
The photos in the review cards are supplied by the vendor, and we do not know who the people are. We have no record that any of them bought or used the capsules, so we never call them customers.
Every card that uses one says "Photo supplied by the vendor" in its footer. The image is a placeholder for the layout, nothing more.
A verified buyer's own photo can replace it later. Until then, read each picture as decoration, not proof.
Spot the fakes06
You can tell many fake Synaptril reviews by their source, their timing and their tone. The FTC suggests checking who wrote the review, comparing several sources and watching for a burst of reviews in a short time (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews).
Web searches for Synaptril also turn up paid press releases and "review" articles on newswire and blog-hosting sites. Those are advertising. Many carry order links that pay the writer, so read them as ads, not as buyer reports.
The same checks apply on Reddit, Trustpilot or anywhere else. A real buyer usually names a detail you can check, such as the pack size.
Fake reviews are not always positive. A rival can post fake complaints too, so weigh a cluster of identical bad reviews with the same care (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews).
Your turn07
You can leave a Synaptril review by emailing [email protected] with your review, your order ID and the email you used at checkout. We reply with the card text for your approval.
Write what happened in plain words. Say which pack you bought, how many days you took the capsules and what you did not like.
We do not pay for reviews or swap them for refunds. A bad review is welcome and will be shown in full. A complaint about an order or a refund belongs with the order desk at +1 (323) 348-1373, which can see orders; see the 60-day guarantee steps. FAQ08
Not yet. None has been matched to a real order, so the review wall shows open slots and no rating. When the order desk confirms a buyer's purchase and the buyer approves the card, that review goes up in full, good or bad.
Because they are sample copy, not checked buyer reports. The FTC bans reviews from people with no real experience of a product, and we could not tie any of the sample text to an order. Printing it would give you a false picture of what buyers think.
We do not know, so we never say they are. The vendor supplied the photos, and each card is marked that way. A verified buyer's own photo replaces the vendor photo in the same card once the buyer agrees to share it.
No. Nobody gets money, a discount, free bottles or a faster refund for writing a review. Rewards tied to a kind review are banned by the FTC rule, and they would make every review on the wall worth less.
No. One person's experience can come from many things, such as better sleep, a placebo effect or a change in routine. No trial has tested the capsules, so reviews can tell you about shipping and service more reliably than about results.
