The sales page we checked shows no Synaptril subscription. It sells packs: 2, 3 or 6 bottles, each priced as a single order. Nothing we read called them a monthly plan or an auto-ship.
That is not proof that no recurring charge exists. A checkout can add options the sales page does not show, and the checkout is run by a third party, BuyGoods (Synaptril sales page).
So the honest answer is this: we found no subscription, and we cannot see inside the checkout for you. Treat any pre-ticked box about future shipments as a red flag until you have read it.
