No Synaptril drops are printed on the label, and we found none on the sales page. The only form shown is a bottle of 30 vegetable capsules.
The label directions say "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." A liquid would need a dropper, a drop count and a different Supplement Facts panel, and none of that is on the bottle (Synaptril sales page).
We cannot prove a negative about every shop on the internet. We can say that the maker's own page and the label describe a capsule, and that is the form this site sells.
A quick test helps. Ask yourself whether the page shows a Supplement Facts panel with a serving size in capsules. If it shows drops or milliliters, it is not the bottle we describe.

Would liquid drops change the dose?
Yes, a liquid form would change how much of each ingredient fits in a dose. Magnesium glycinate is a bulky powder, and 80 mg of magnesium needs about 400 to 570 mg of the compound.
That is a lot of solid to carry in a few drops. It is one more reason the formula is a capsule, and why a drop version, if one existed, would likely hold a smaller amount.
Absorption is another question. Magnesium glycinate is a common gentle form, but nobody has shown that a liquid would be absorbed better or worse than a capsule. The label makes no such claim, and neither do we.

Step 2. By formula weight, magnesium glycinate is about 14% magnesium; buffered grades run up to about 20%. So 80 mg of magnesium needs about 400-570 mg of the compound.
