Synaptril Consumer Reports: Has Any Independent Lab Tested It?
Synaptril Consumer Reports coverage is something we have not found: we know of no independent test or rating of the capsules from that group or any lab. No certificate of analysis is published either. The lot references we hold are seller codes, not lab proof. Below, we show what a real test would check.

What we found01
Has Consumer Reports tested Synaptril?
We know of no Consumer Reports test of Synaptril, and none is cited on the bottle or the sales page. If you see a page claiming one, ask for the report itself, its date and the lot tested.
No lab report or certificate of analysis for Synaptril is published either. The seller references S-26/MY-6594 and S-6594-26-MY are not lab proof. The code up the right edge of the label, ENB_452_01_062526, is also not a lot number.
That does not mean the capsules are bad, and it does not mean they are good. It simply leaves the question open for now. It means nobody outside the seller has shown you what is in them.
Consumer groups that rate products usually buy bottles off the shelf, send them to a lab and publish the results with the lot tested. A group like that may test supplements in the future, so a search is worth repeating.
A real test02
What would an independent supplement test check?
An independent supplement test checks identity, amount, purity and labeling. It asks whether the bottle holds what the label says, in the amount stated, free of unwanted substances.
For a blend, the test would also need the hidden amounts. The label prints the blend total, 575 mg, but not each line (21 CFR 101.36, supplement labeling). Without them, a lab can still measure each ingredient, but a shopper cannot compare the result with the label.
Look for a third-party seal too, but read it carefully. A seal on a website is not the same as a certificate for the lot in your hand.
| Test | Question | Synaptril today |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Is each ingredient what it says? | No report published |
| Amount | Does 80 mg of magnesium match? | No report published |
| Purity | Metals, microbes, fillers? | No report published |
| Labeling | Do claims and cautions fit? | Label is public |
Doing the math03
What can you check without a lab report?
Without a lab report you can still check the label math. The blend is listed by weight, so line k can weigh at most 575 divided by k. That sets ceilings you can test against studied doses.
Read the bars as follows. The ceiling shows the most a line could weigh by label order. The estimate shows what is likely once the magnesium glycinate takes its share. The studied dose shows what researchers gave people in trials. Where the ceiling sits below the studied dose, the capsule is unlikely to match the study.
These are our estimates from the label, not lab results. The ODS warns that seals and badges do not guarantee a supplement's safety (NIH ODS, Supplements: What You Need to Know), and its label database is a catalog of what products print, not a test (NIH ODS, Supplement Label Database).

How can you judge a bottle with no independent test?
Judge it by the label, the terms and your own record. Check that the safety seal is whole, read the cautions again and keep the packing slip and order ID somewhere safe. Use the Synaptril lot number guide if a bottle looks odd.
The key protection is the 60-day money-back guarantee. You contact the order desk first, send back every bottle at your own postage and wait for the refund timing the desk gives.
Ask your pharmacist about your medicines before you start, because magnesium can affect some antibiotics and bone drugs (NIH ODS, Magnesium). You can also ask the order desk whether a lab report exists. If it does, ask for the date, lot and lab name. Our Synaptril quality page covers badges and testing in full.

FAQ05
Independent testing questions, answered
Does a GMP or FDA registered badge mean it was tested?
No. A brand badge is not a lab report, and the label does not print these badges. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
What is a certificate of analysis?
It is a lab report for one lot that lists what was measured and the results. Ask for one with a date, a lot number and the lab name. No such report is published for Synaptril.
Why does the lack of a test matter?
Without a test, you rely on the seller's word for what each capsule holds. Supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale, so independent checks are the main way to confirm contents (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
Is the label code a lot number?
No. The code ENB_452_01_062526 on the right edge is not a lot number. Ask the order desk if you need to trace a bottle.
